Just as the lotus grows from the mud into the open sky, our practice will explore the "emptiness" that is actually full of potential. This session focuses on expanding our awareness beyond our physical edges. We’ll move through a flow designed to help you notice the space available to you, clearing away the distractions of the "everyday" to reconnect with a sense of universal generosity. Come prepared to breathe, expand, and reclaim your seat in the center of abundance.
